FAQ
Here you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions about planning, designing and delivering a professional laser show. From the initial concept and selecting the right technology to coordinating with venues and production teams, laser safety, permits and the practical requirements for on-site implementation. We provide an overview of how a laser show is created, what requirements need to be considered and what information we need to develop the right solution for your project. This gives you a clear understanding of the process and the possibilities before production begins. If you can’t find the answer to your question here, feel free to contact us directly. For individual projects, we are happy to discuss your requirements personally and find the right laser solution for your event.
How far in advance should we book a laser show?
For fully custom shows we recommend several weeks of lead time, especially if permits are required (e.g. for outdoor shows). For pure equipment rental with standard setups, shorter-notice requests are often possible.
Does Laser & Vision work with agencies?
Yes. We are an established delivery partner for event and creative agencies and can work white-label behind the scenes on request, just as we also work directly with end clients.
What permits are required for an outdoor laser show?
Depending on location and laser class, airspace clearance and laser-safety notifications may be required. We handle the planning and coordination with the relevant authorities.
Can you synchronise laser shows precisely with music or a TV production?
Yes, this is one of our core capabilities. With timecode control and Synchronorm visualisation software, we synchronise shows to music, lighting and direction with millisecond precision.
What happens with an outdoor show in bad weather?
We plan outdoor shows with weatherproof equipment and discuss fallback scenarios with you in advance, so your event succeeds even under changeable conditions.
